FAQ

How are your stickers made?

We have a wide variety of different stickers that we offer but one thing in common is that we use high quality vinyl and depending on what material you opt for you can have a premium laminate, heavy duty durability or gold or chrome versions.

We then print your artwork and with a pretty cool cutting table it is then precision cut towards robotic tools, this is to ensure the best free forms and diet sticker shapes possible. It is also what makes it possible for us to offer a great price no matter if you go for the round stickers, rectangular ones or diecut.

All our stickers are weather proof and can withstand water. Depending on finish and material the majority is also UV-proof and scratch resistant, all to provide you with the best stickers out there!

How do I upload my artwork?

Our pretty amazing editor makes life a breeze and you can easily upload most file formats (we are constantly adding more support for files) and then freely choose your own shape, size and cutline.

What are cutlines and the different shapes?

All stickers are cut out from the vinyl, there are numerous ways to cut it but in general there are two main methods, kiss-cut stickers and die-cut stickers. Kiss-cut decals are not cut straight through the backing paper but only through the actual vinyl, this will leave you with a slight ”overhang” of visible backing paper. Die-cut decals on the other hand are cut straight through and will give you the coolest looking result, a true to shape sticker in every sense.

When you’re creating your sticker you can choose from multiple ready-made shapes and formats and also our die-cut shape which will trace the edges of your artwork and magically give you an outline that will be cut. No need to use Illustrator or handle tricky spot colors or generate your own cutlines!

What’s the difference between kiss-cut and die-cut?

Kiss-cut is cutting through the vinyl top of the sticker, but not through the backing paper on the back. For example, let’s say you have a round sticker that you put on a square design. The round sticker can then be peeled off from the square.

Die-cut is the opposite. Here we cut through everything and there is no “square” area left. It is only the circle and you can’t peel if from a anything except the backing paper (which is cut to the same shape).

Think of it like one version is like a sticker inside a sticker and the other one is cut to shape and made individually.

Can I change colors of my stickers?

You can change the background vinyl of your sticker with our color palette in the options menu. Although we magically trace your uploaded artwork we can’t make solid colors disappear and if you want to change the background color make sure the artwork uploaded has a transparent background from the start.

Is the sticker made with RGB or CMYK

All our stickers are produced on CMYK printers and colors on the screen are in RGB which can result in some differences. We do our best to help and if there is a color that you absolutely must hit just contact us and we will do our best to help out!

How long does it take to order?

After your place and pay your sticker order we work pretty fast, usually your sticker will print within 2-4 days and be shipped out with UPS or DHL. Please note however that any custom enquires might take longer time and also that shipping itself will require a few days. If you are in a hurry you can always check with us or use our express option.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is based from Sweden and we reach the rest of Europe within a few days but as with all shipping there might be bumps and hiccups on the way. Usually shipping takes 1-3 days and outside Europe please note 2-7 days in some cases.

How do I create my stickers?

You design your own sticker of your preferred taste. We have produced stickers and decals based on everything from vector files to uploaded photos and scanned drawings.

There’s a few things to keep in mind though to make sure you get the best quality sticker:

  • Make sure you upload a good quality artwork – vector files are to be preferred but if using raster images use a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.
  • With the use of our editor you can select shape, size and style, easy as that!
  • Some stuff looks great on the screen but less good in print, this is especially true for really small details, fonts and such so keep that in mind.
  • Rasterize fonts before uploading to guarantee the end product looks like you want (for vector images).
  • Color matching is tricky – we print everything in CMYK so if possible create your artwork in the same color space.
  • Upload your artwork when you order your preferred sticker, choose material, size, quantity and finish. You can always email us your artwork later if you want.
  • Please note that once printed we do NOT accept returns or refunds since these stickers will be custom made for you and can’t be re-sold to re-used).

* If you want even more control, contact us and use one of our templates as a guideline because that way you can see how we place margins, bleed and cut lines. In this option you can also choose spot colors, pantone and white ink density for example!

Do you require a minimum quantity order?

There is a minimum quantity per order and it is based on the size of the sticker. In short, small stickers might require a higher quantity and large stickers and decals might only require a single piece. All has to do with square meter calculations but luckily that is all done automagically.

It should be pointed out though that we offer a sweet discount as soon as you add a few pieces and that a single sticker is quite expensive to make so we recommend doing a few to not make your friends jealous.

Which is best to use, vector graphics or raster?

For most cases vector graphics are to be preferred. It scales indefinitely and all colors can be separated and controlled to a better degree than with raster images.

Raster images does work though but one thing to keep in mind is that small images will never be good quality prints. Make sure your image files are 300 dpi minimum and high res.

How does express shipping work?

Basically with our express shipping we rush your order. We don’t push other jobs aside but what it entails is basically that we print after hours and for that we also charge a little extra. Express shipping is delivered between 3-5 days in most EU countries and 3-7 days internationally.

Why do I have to proof my design?

Our sticker-editor takes the hassle out of those old procedures of emailing back and forth with visuals, still some attention should always be placed from your side to make sure everything looks great before hitting that ”Buy” button!

For a couple of reasons we require you to approve the design before we print it:

  1. This way you make sure the artwork looks like you want it.
  2. You see and get to change or approve how cut lines are placed.
  3. We know that you are happy with the mockup and we both agree to produce based on this layout and this is why the ”Approve order” box needs to be crossed at the checkout.

The 3rd step is extra important since once the print process starts we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns of the produced stickers. This is not because we’re being difficult but because we simply can’t re-sell or re-use custom graphic orders so please make sure to approve it mindfully, carefully and happily!

How long does it take to proof my design?

Instantly! It’s that sweet!

Thanks to our editor you will see a pretty damn good render of your stickers on your own screen. Please note though that there might be some variations but they should always be on the minimum side of things (these include the fact that your screen shows colors in RGB and we print physical items in CMYK).

How come it’s only free shipping inside the EU?

We’re based in Sweden which is based in the EU and unfortunately we don’t have any good deals shipping outside of EU.

Why is shipping not always free of charge?

Basically we managed to get a good deal on a certain type of packages and weight, this allows for MOST of our regular orders to land inside those levels but for other types of products we’re basically screwed and thus we need to charge for shipping (but we try and keep it low!)

What does shipping outside the EU cost?

It all depends on the choose product, like size, quantity and weight but we always try and keep costs down and we haggle with our shipping partners as often as we can for new and better deals.

Can I change my mind after I approve the proof and click buy?

No. Once you approve the sticker design we start printing and we can no longer abort your order (and since this is a custom order it can’t be refunded).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, and no.

Every step up to where you actually approve the design proof is free to cancel your order anytime, no hard feelings!

But once you approve the design proof we start printing your artwork and since it is a custom work we’re doing we can’t return, re-sell or re-fund the order.

Can I update my uploaded artwork?

If for example you realize you uploaded the wrong artwork then please get in touch with us as fast as possible. Head to the support page and email us asap.

You can also email us the correct artwork together with your order details and your notes and lastly you can change your artwork in the proof process.

Can you add text or design to my sticker?

We don’t add elements to your design on a normal basis. We do have a special section available to larger orders that we can do design work together with so please get in touch if you require this from our support page.

How do I create a cutline in my artwork?

Our nifty stickers editor should do the trick but sometimes precise artwork requires that extra touch and then ee recommend downloading our templates to get a sense for how we use margins, bleed and different cut-lines. Check out the templates here. Since these templates are not made to be uploaded and used in the editor, please make sure to get in touch with us and place your custom sticker order here.

Do I have to upload my artwork right away?

You’re free to email us later although it is recommended to upload it with the order (or as soon as possible) to give you the fastest service we can offer.

Please note that with the stickers editor an uploaded image is required to proceed but if you have a large bulk order or something very special in mind feel free to just use our custom sticker order option instead here.

Which filetypes do you accept?

We accept high-res JPG/JPEG, PNG and PDF for now and we’re looking into adding more in our editor.

Can I print low res images as stickers?

You can – but you probably don’t want to.

Thing is, low-res images will look crap once printed and not very cool. Low resolution images, say, download from the web is usually 72dpi and unless printed really, really small in size will look blurry and horrible.

If you really want it then go ahead – upload – approve the proof – and don’t complain.

What is CMYK colors?

CMYK is basically the wonderful language of color for prints. A computer screen shows colors in RGB so colors WILL vary when comparing from your screen to the final sticker. If this is really important to you please be aware that we do not color proof or do spot colors on regular jobs.

Where can I find sticker templates?

You can find our downloadable templates here but for most cases our upload editor should do the trick for you!

Can I make chrome or mirror stickers?

You sure can! We offer both regular chrome (mirror/silver) and gold chrome versions. We make it on a really premium weather-resistant vinyl and strong adhesive. Our chrome range works best die-cut and one thing to keep in mind that all white color in your design will be “replaced” with the chrome surface instead.

On top of this you should also know that all colors in your design will be semi-transparent since the chrome will shine through!

Can I make gold stickers?

Yes! We offer gold chrome and silver chrome. Both versions are made from premium vinyl and comes with a really strong adhesive.

Our chrome range works best die-cut and one thing to keep in mind that all white color in your design will be “replaced” with the chrome surface instead.

On top of this you should also know that all colors in your design will be semi-transparent since the chrome will shine through!

How do I request a special size or quantity?

Head on over to the support page and request a special quote and we will be happy to help and get back to you for your special projects!

If I am really nice can I have free stuff?

It’s not nice to ask for free stuff so that is a paradox so no.

If I am really helpful can I have free stuff?

It is really nice to be helpful and we are certainly keen on listening to your suggestion!

Can I buy more stuff than stickers?

Basically we are print junkies and we love stickers but we also appreciate good art on other things so yes, in our custom options there is room for more so feel free to ask. We love to print stuff and since we’re working with a lot of talented artists we had a lot of requests for promotional items that would work well in shops, studios, tattoo fairs and such so we decided to offer quality banners and roll-ups.

How does returns and refunds work?

In accordance with Swedish/EU laws you can return any faulty product and we will of course refund it if we screwed up anywhere. One thing to keep in mind though is that on custom works with your custom artwork we do not accept returns.

Please note that the above is only for consumers, companies, brands and B2B will not have the same consumer laws to abide under.

What if the received order has an incorrect quantity?

We aim to please and we aim to always deliver the correct amount you ordered and for the very most times we do – and sometimes we even over-delivery but in the few occasions we mess up please get in touch with us and we will see what we can do.

A regular print order and “normal” levels of fluctuation in the print world is often around 5-10% and although we try to keep that even lower it’s good info to know. With that said we never want you to be unhappy and should there be a mistake just contact us and we will be happy to help!

What is vinyl lettering and how do I get it?

Vinyl lettering is non-printed decals – these are cut out from quality solid-color vinyl and then mounted to a lifting paper with a low level adhesive so you can “lift” the letters from the backing paper and then apply it to the surface of your choice.

Super common use for say, windows, cars, wall graphics and such. Fairly advanced shapes can be cut but solid elements look better in our opinion. We currently offer two color options for cut vinyl, solid white and black.

Which colors are available for vinyl lettering stickers?

We currently offer two solid colors; white and black but can, depending on custom orders look into more specific versions!

How do I apply vinyl lettering?

All our cut vinyl graphics and letters come pre-mounted on a lifting paper.

It basically looks like this: lifting paper on top, vinyl cut out decal in the middle and backing paper on the bottom. You then lift the lift paper and make sure the vinyl follows up and breaks apart from the backing paper. You then choose something nice to put it on, put some pressure on the vinyl through the lifting paper and carefully remove the lifting paper, leaving your awesome design on its new home!

  • Upload your sticker design in vector or high resolution, 300 dpi minimum.
  • Keep the aspect ratio 1:1
  • Choose your size, quantity and material finish in our editor
  • Design based on viewing distance. Small details can get lost at a distance.

Too many choices? Check out this summary:

  • Need short term or just cheap good ol’ fun stickers, go for BASIC
  • Looking for quality stickers to re-sell or want the best of the best, go for PREMIUM
  • Want the shimmy shimmy shine, choose PREMIUM GLOSSY
  • No glare on your artwork, drawings or like the depth of black, pick PREMIUM MATTE

Our die-cut stickers come in 3 different varieties and options depending on your needs.

  • Basic quality stickers are the good ol’ cheap fun stickers. They’re great for throw-ups, short-term usage and give-aways and won’t break the bank. These stickers do not come with laminate but can still take a beating outdoors but they are meant for short term usage for between 1-3 years depending on usage and placement.
  • The High-quality stickers combines high-quality vinyl with extra strong adhesive and topped of with a clear glossy laminate. This makes them excellent for outdoor usage with extra UV-protection and they will stick to basically anything.
  • A third option is the matte laminate sticker, which is a matte version of the high-quality sticker. Same great vinyl with extra strong glue but adds the matte effect, perfect for illustrations, artwork and any design which you want to add effect to.
